MyWikis Ticketed Support System (TSS) is the central hub of support that allows us to streamline support requests and better serve you. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. Please use the same email address on TSS that you used to submit your wiki creation request.

In observance of United States federal holidays, we will only be answering emergency support requests through Thanksgiving week (Wednesday, November 22 - Sunday, November 26) and the Holiday/New Year season (Thursday, December 21, 2017 - Wednesday, January 3, 2016).

Live chat will also be operating under special hours for Thanksgiving week. The hours are as follows (in US Central Standard Time):

  • Monday, November 20: 12pm – 11pm
  • Tuesday, November 21: 12pm – 11pm
  • Wednesday, November 22: Closed
  • Thursday, November 23: Closed
  • Friday, November 24: Closed
  • Saturday, November 25: Closed
